A body found in Carntyne last month has been identified as a man who has been missing for nearly a year.
The corpse, which was reported to have been headless, was a Lithuanian man who had disappeared in August.
The 48-year-old was identified after forensic tests and investigations were carried out.

Police have said there are no suspicious circumstances following the gruesome discovery in Hogarth Park.
It is understood that the man, who has not been named, went missing from Cranhill in last August but it is not known how long he lay in the play area for before being found.
His relatives have been made aware.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The body discovered in Hogarth Park near to Edinburgh Road in the East End of Glasgow around 5.30pm on Monday 11 June 2018 can now be identified as a 48-year-old Lithuanian national who had been missing from the area since Aug 2017.
"There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
