An animal shelter in Glasgow has put out an urgent appeal for help after a vital piece of equipment stopped working.

The Scottish SCPA has said that they are in urgent need of drinking water for the animals.

A water tank usually used by the shelter has broken, forcing staff to buy bottled of water which is proving 'very costly'.

Anyone who can help is asked to pop by their centre in Glasgow.

It can be found at 125 Kinnell Avenue, Cardonald, G52 3RY.
