Police have launched an attempted murder probe as a man remains in a critical condition following an incident in Pollok last night.
At around 10.30pm on Friday, police were called to Levernside Road, Glasgow, where a man was found injured.
He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and the street was cordoned off by investigators.
He remains in a critical condition in hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: " The injured man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where hospital staff describe his condition as critical.
"Police enquiries are ongoing into the incident, which is being treated as attempted murder."
