We all knew a full summer of sunshine was too good to be true right?
But it may be ending sooner than expected as the glorious rays are set to be replaced with cloud and showers for much of today.
According to the Met Office, cloud and rain is expected on Sunday morning.
Temperatures will remain relatively warm at 19°C but showery outbreaks of rain are to be expected for most of the day.
Many of us will enjoy some sunshine this weekend, although rain will affect parts of the north.

And the misery doesn't stop there as the rest of the week will also be a wet one, with outbreaks of rain on Monday and heavy showers on Tuesday with the potential for thunder on Wednesday.
There will still be some sunny intervals among the showers but a far cry from the wall to wall sunshine we have been experiencing in recent weeks.
On a positive note, our gardens will finally get that much needed drink after June's extended heatwave.
