The internet has delighted in poking fun at the new Justice Secretary’s official “serious” and “smiling” Scottish Government by satirising them to illustrate good and bad news.
He’s found himself at the centre of the World Cup, Brexit, Irn-Bru, Celtic tops - and even Love Island.

The 33-year-old said he has “greatly enjoyed” the memes as he shared his favourites.
