DISCOUNT retailer B&M will open a new store close to a major shopping centre creating around 35 jobs.
Positions are currently being advertised for the retailer's store next to Glasgow Fort which is expected to open on August 25 at 9am.
It is understood that the store will open near Morrisons.
The chain has several stores across the city including Robroyston, Castlemilk, Springburn, Saracen and Glasgow Forge.
B&M was formed in 1978 and is now one of the leading variety retailers in the UK.
The company, which opened its first store in Blackpool, states on its website that it has over 560 stores employing 28,000 staff.
