A MAN is believed to be at large after holding up a Farmfoods with a “gun” in the north east of Glasgow.
The incident is said to have taken place in Cranhill.
A social media user posted a video of the moment a man - dressed in dark-coloured clothing and a dark hoodie on - dashes out of the store with what appears to be a weapon by his side.
The poster wrote: “Anybody sees the p**** around Carntyne, hold the b****** down and phone the cops. He’s just held up Farmfoods Cranhill with a f***** gun at the till. I was at with my mum. Never gave a f*** about the five and six-year-old I had with me.”
Another eyewitness claimed to have seen “loads of police on Rigby Street,” adding: “There were around three to four police cars and a riot van, more along Carntyne Road.”
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said an incident is ongoing, but did not release any further details.
