MUSIC legend Bryan Ferry heaped praise on his young Lanarkshire support act at last night’s sell-out gig at Kelvingrove Bandstand.
The former Roxy Music frontman was so impressed with Hamilton singer Stephanie Cheape and her band he presented her with a rare rare bottle of 2006 Dom Perignon after the show.
The charismatic singer, who was dressed in a tux, also gave her a shout out during his sell-out performance at the Summer Nights festival, where fans were treated to some of his biggest hits including; Love is the Drug and Jealous Guy.
The bandstand will tonight welcome US country folk duo First Aid Kit.
