RANGERS has the “best f****** fans in the world,” Light Blues legend Nacho Novo declared at Ibrox on Thursday night.

Rangers drew 1-1 with the Croatian side in the second leg of their Europa League second qualifying round tie, going through 2-1 on aggregate.

Spaniard Novo, 39, took to the pitch at half-time and gave a short speech in which he reportedly said Rangers has the “best f****** fans in the world.”

He also posted a picture onto his Instagram page with Gers boss Steven Gerrard in which he said: “Was nice to see u last night good luck for sunday let’s go @stevengerrard.”

Fans lavished praise on Novo for his comment on the club’s supporters.

One wrote: “Class speech at half time nacho, best fans in the f****** world.”

Another added: “Best f****** fans in the world  top man.”

“Brilliant speech at half time!!” was another.

One woman added: “Full stadium cracked up with your comment last night, Nacho .. some boy.”
