Detectives have made an arrest after a man was found dead at his flat in South Lanarkshire.
The body of Paul Halley was discovered in a property in Hozier Street, Carluke, on the morning of Sunday July 29.
A police spokesman said on Friday: "Police Scotland can confirm a 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of 43-year-old Paul Halley in Carluke."
The man is expected to appear before Lanark Sheriff Court on Monday.
