Rangers legend Nacho Novo has spoken out after being 'verbally abused' by a rival team's fan.
The Celtic fan allegedly hurled abuse and "tried to attack" the former Rangers player.
The incident, which was captured on video, unfolded outside Belfast International Airport.
Novo took to Twitter to blast the football fan who can been seen singing "I hope you die in your sleep Nacho Novo" while travelling through the airport.
After initially taking the song in jest, seen smiling to the camera, the player lost his patience with the fan outside.
Novo can be seen asking the unknown man why he is 'disrespecting' him when he has done nothing wrong.
Arrived at Belfast international airport tonight to support the local community for all sides of the divide, as soon as I walked out of the airport I was surrounded by over Celtic supporters that hurled abuse and tried to attack myself I would like thank genuine Celtic supporter

After initially taking the song in jest, seen smiling to the camera, the player lost his patience with the fan outside.
Taking to Twitter, the 39-year-old said: "Arrived at Belfast international airport tonight to support the local community for all sides of the divide, as soon as I walked out of the airport I was surrounded by over Celtic supporters that hurled abuse and tried to attack myself I would like thank genuine Celtic supporter."
Novo was left fighting for his life in January after suffering a heart attack while playing in a Rangers legends tournament in Berlin.
He was rushed to hospital where it was revealed he had suffered from a deadly blocked artery.
After a period of recovery, he headed back to Glasgow to run his Rangers-themed bar NN10, which opened near Ibrox last year.
