CONCERN is growing for a missing man who vanished from the Paisley area.
Police Scotland said they are still searching for Kevin Bishop, 32, who was reported missing on Saturday, August 4.
The missing man has no fixed address, and was last seen by his family on Saturday July 28 in the Ferguslie Park area of Paisley.
He is described as white, 6ft 2 inches in height and of slim build with brown hair. He has a tattoo 'KEVIN' on the back of his neck.
Sergeant Hassan Bhatti, from Paisley Police Office, said: "Kevin has never been reported missing before and it is out of character for him not to keep in contact with his family and friends. We are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing and safety and need to make sure that he is safe and well.
"Searches and enquiries are ongoing to trace Kevin and I would appeal to anyone with information on his whereabouts, or indeed Kevin himself to contact us so we can ensure that he is safe and well. Paisley Police Office can be contacted through 101 quoting reference number 3249 of 4th August."
