NORTH Lanarkshire councillors will consider proposals to recreate 35 penthouse flats in Cumbernauld town centre.
Avon House, which in the early days of the centre was divided into one bedroom flats providing bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living space, has been sealed off for many years.
The company behind the application is Glasgow-based Swan Group.
The next meeting of the planning committee takes place on August 23.
