HEALTHY fast-food favourite Martha's has signalled interest in opening up in Glasgow's West End.
The eatery, which is popular with the lunchtime crowd on St Vincent Street, has asked Glasgow City Council for permission to take over a unit on Byres Road.
The firm wants to display its sign on the shop previously occupied by Juice Garden.
The firm has been based at St Vincent Street for several years and claims to pride itself on offering healthy and hearty fast food.
Items on the menu include wraps and salad boxes.
A decision is expected on the plans by October 5.
