IF you were hoping for a trip to Troon or a wee sunshine jaunt up to Loch Lomond this weekend you're out of luck - unless you love the rain.
Another summer storm is coming and central Scotland can expect heavy rain with 30mm falling in some parts of the country.
While England is having the worst of Storm Ernesto, which is currently in the mid-Atlantic but on its way, Glasgow will see downpours.
Rain will last through Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The Met Office forecast shows heavy rain rolling in today, and the outlook reads: “Wet on Saturday night night and at first on Sunday, rain locally heavy.
"Remaining rather changeable but quite warm early next week.”
There aren't any weather warnings in place, however.
