THE first trailer for a new Chris Pine blockbuster movie filmed in Scotland has officially been released by Netflix.
Outlaw King tells the story of Robert the Bruce, the legendary King of Scots, and his battle to regain control of Scotland after he is declared an outlaw by the King of England for helping himself to the Scottish crown and creating civil war
The film is due to have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival on September 6 and Netflix also confirmed they will release the film on their streaming service on November 9.
Filming for the movie look place last summer with crews shooting in locations including Linlithgow Palace, Doune Castle, Glasgow Cathedral, Mugdock Country Park and the University of Glasgow.
