A local police officer won over crowds with an impromptu dance performance.
Sergeant Burnett was filmed entertaining locals with a dance craze which is sweeping the country over the weekend.
A video taken in Sanquhar, near Dumfries and Galloways, shows the energetic cop acting out the 'Baby Shark' song which has taken the internet by storm.

Families can be heard singing along to the kids's song while the officer entertains youngsters with the routine.
By the end of the minute long video, other adults have succumbed to the power of Baby Shark and are dancing along.

Dumfries and Galloway police division shared the video to their Facebook page writing: "Sergeant Burnett showing she could be the next K pop sensation at Sanquhar riding of the marches today as she entertains the crowds."

With nearly 1,000 shares and hundreds of likes, the performance has turned the police officer into a viral star.
