A POPULAR fast-food chain has made moves to take over a unit in Sauchiehall Street.
KFC have applied to Glasgow City Council for permission to display their signage at the unit located on 437 Sauchiehall Street.
KFC currently have several branches in Glasgow City Centre including Renfield Street and Argyle Street.
The American firm specialise in fried chicken and is the world's second-largest restaurant chain after McDonald's.
City planners are expected to make a decision on the plans by October 16.
