A young man has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged attempted murder of a woman in Jordanhill.
The 20-year-old man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow in relation to the incident.
The 51-year-old female woman was attacked within a flat in Southbrae Gardens around 6.30pm on Wednesday evening.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
