FIRE crews rushed to a blaze inside a city centre pub this afternoon.
Around 5.48pm, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service responded to reports of a fire within Wetherspoons Bar at the junction of Jamaica Street and Midland Street.
A spokeswoman for the SFRS confirmed there were no casualties and the "small fire" had been put out.

However, a number of road restrictions remain in place.
There is no access to Midland Street from Oswald Street or Howard Street.
Police are on the scene to divert traffic.
It is not yet known when the road will be cleared.
