PARENTS have been urged to ditch a child's dungaree dress amid fears the buttons can come apart and cause a choking hazard.

M&Co has recalled the denim garment and advised customers not to use it.

The dress features detachable straps and fasten with a popper, but manufacturers discovered the popper could come off.

Affected dresses have a reference number, found on the label inside the garment, 30/14/290.
