A NEW generation took in the famous Celtic atmosphere at the weekend as the sons of former players Phil O'Donnell and Simon Donnelly posed for a picture at paradise.
Former player Simon Donnelly shared an image of his son with the late Phil O'Donnell's teenager on the social media website Twitter.

He said: "Donnelly and O'Donnell in paradise."
The teenagers' fathers pulled on the Hoops for Celtic in the 90s. Phil O'Donnell tragically died at the age of 35 after he collapsed during a match on December 29, 2007 because of heart failure.
The image has gone viral on Twitter with fans praising the poignant snap.
They’re both very much like their dad, that’s for sure. Great pic mate! 👍🏻

Met Phil at a supporters function in Stirling, early 98, absolute gentleman, taken far too soon.
Master O'Donnell is a ringer for his auld man.

You know your getting old when you can remember their fathers playing when they were not much older. Both got their good looks from their dads as well.
