A MAN is to stand trial charged with a sex attack on a 15-year-old girl along a cycle path.
Sean Moynihan allegedly tried to rape the teenager in Paisley, Renfrewshire, in May 2008.
The 33-year-old today appeared for a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
His lawyer Laura Reilly pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
Lady Scott set a trial due to take place in Livingston in February next year.
The case could last up to eight days.
