GLASGOW has been enjoying the warmest day of the week - before the weather goes south as of tomorrow.
The mercury has been forecast to hit a maximum of of 18C in some parts of the city on Tuesday.
The Met Office said Tuesday would be a “dry and bright day with some long spells of sunshine” with very little cloud and light winds.
After some late sunshine, the night will be dry with some good clear spells. It may become a bit chilly with a few fog patches, with the minimum temperature sitting at 3C.
On Wednesday, though, a band of showery rain will reach Argyll in afternoon, eventually extending to Glasgow and east in the evening.
The outlook for Thursday to Saturday looks unsettled, with showers or even some longer spells of rain. It will, however, become mainly dry later on Saturday.
