Lane closures around Clyde Tunnel Expressway due to maintenance works
The Clyde Tunnel Expressway will be subject to a series of lane closures this Friday while maintenance works are carried out.
Offside lane closures will be taking place on both the North and Southbound carriageways of the A739.
This is to allow Covanburn Contracts Ltd to carry out clearance and cleaning of the drainage gullies on the Shieldhall Overpass.
The North bound carriageway closure will be between the M8 on the slip road and the Shieldhall roundabout on the slip road.
The Southbound carriageway closure will be between A77 Kilmarnock/ Prestwick Airport off slip road at Langlands Drive & the M8 off slip.
These closures will take place for 6 hours between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Friday September 7.
