A CITY police raid ended with a drugs haul worth £20.
Michael Hay, 23, was busted for the stash after police executed a search warrant at his home address.
The incident happened at a property in Young Terrace on May 12, 2017.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court this week, Hay pleaded guilty to having cocaine in his possession.
In defence, Hay's lawyer acknowledged a previous conviction for drugs in 2015.
She stated: "His record doesn't do him any favours."
The defence agent claimed that the accused forgot the Class A drug was in the house, but accepted that it belonged to him.
She added; "As far as I'm aware, this is an isolated incident."
Sheriff Paul Crozier sentenced the accused to a Community Payback Order with 80 hours of unpaid work to be completed within three months.
