CORRIE actress Helen Flanagan has spoken out about her struggles with breastfeeding.
The mum-of-two, who welcomed daughter Delilah with Hoops ace Scott Sinclair earlier this year, revealed she hasn't found the process "easy" and wanted to encourage other mums to talk about their difficulties.
In a blog post for new maternity underwear range Delilah Ruby, the Celtic WAG wrote: "[While] feeding my firstborn, it was just really stressful.
"I remember the first week of having Matilda was amazing as I was just so in love with my little miracle and being a first-time mum but I also felt incredibly overwhelmed with everything.

"I didn’t realise I would be a bit sore after labour and not able to walk properly for a few days which was a bit of a shock and I'd never been around babies before so everything was so new from nappies to bathing to even dressing and winding a small baby.
"I didn’t even think of experiencing any problems or stress with breastfeeding."
The 27-year-old went on to explain how she would "dread" feeding Matilda, now three, but found nipple shields a "game changer".
Taking to Instagram to promote the article, she wrote: "I am obviously no expert at all on breast feeding and I have not found breastfeeding easy both times so wanted to be honest about my experience with other mums."

She has tirelessly campaigned to normalise breastfeeding in public places.
