A planning application to transform land next a Dennistoun garage into a drive-thru Starbucks is awaiting council approval.
The application details plans to turn the land at Alexandra Parade, which is currently being used as a car wash into, a place to grab coffee on the go which will have a drive through lane and parking on site.
Developers have said that if approved the new facility will create up to 20 new permanent jobs at the site as well as complimenting the existing commercial premises.
If given the go-ahead the Starbucks will be open between 5.30am and 10pm, serving a wide range of hot drinks and snacks.

Residents have already given their opinion on the proposal with some keen to stop the plans from going ahead.
Lee McKenzie said: "No that car wash is great we need to keep it don't need another coffee place."
Ian Owen added: "Not a Starbucks fan. I don't see how this can be any good for the local community. Apart from 2-3 jobs! Corporate franchise rubbish."
Others were excited at the prospect of the coffee giant moving into the area.
Debby McGarvie said: "Buzzing."
While Vickie McGuire added: "Wooooo."
A decision on whether or not approval will be granted should be made in the coming months.
