COMMUTERS are seeing massive tailbacks on the M74 this morning after two separate incidents.
The Evening Times reported earlier how a broken down car had been affecting traffic northbound near Polmadie at junction 1A B763 Polmadie Road.

Congestion is all way back to the M73 interchange. All lanes have since been been reopened, however, travel time is around 55 minutes.
It has now emerged that an accident has also taken place in the area.

Lane three of three was blocked after the accident happened in the queues. The incident was briefly restricting the road, but has now moved to the hard shoulder.
