A GLASGOW nightclub is set to host its first-ever all-inclusive rave night for adults with learning difficulties and support needs.
The “Under One Roof” event is set to hit SWG3 in the city’s West End.
The night aims to give party seekers a place to make friends and enjoy a night out in a safe environment.
Jonathan Dawson, general manager at SWG3, said: “Everyone, no matter their needs, should have the opportunity to enjoy the great benefits and joys of clubbing, so we are really thrilled to have Under One Roof coming to SWG3.”

He added: “As a venue, we’re always searching for ways to engage people from all walks of life and to democratise dance floors. Under One Roof is likely to attract a lot of people who have never felt safe enough to enter a nightclub, and that’s really exciting for us.”
The night will take place on Thursday, June 13, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. JD Wilkes, of Optimo fame, will provide the soundtrack.
Founded by Alice Woods, Under One Roof was established in 2017 and was designed to open up dancefloors throughout the UK. This is the first time the event will take place in Scotland.
Alice said: “For many, the lack of physical access to clubs or overwhelming new environments, and in some cases verbal abuse, means that there is a whole portion of society who are currently missing out on what Glasgow does best - music.
