The body of a man has been pulled from a canal in Kilsyth.
Emergency services were called to the scene near to Auchinstarry Marina this morning at around 9.15am.
Police Scotland attended and recovered a body, who they have now confirmed as being that of a 66-year-old male.
Officers are not treating the death as suspicious.

Enquiries are continuing into the incident, and a post mortem will take place in due course.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We received a report of a man's body found in a canal near Auchinstarry Marina, around 9.15am on Saturday 17 August 2019.
"Specialist resources are in attendance and inquiries are ongoing to identify the man."
