A crowdfunder has been launched to raise money for the lawyer who lost everything in this week's Lancefield Quay fire.
David Currie, 31, was at the pantomime in Dumbarton when he found that his flat was engulfed in flames.
He rushed to the scene to be told he could not gain access, and watched the fire across the water.
He said: “It was a very sad experience, watching it burn from the other side of the river.
“I’ve got no idea how the fire started, and no one seems to have any ideas.

"I've lost everything that I spent years building up and making into a home.
"I know that it's not about material stuff but it's so devastating.
“Appreciate what you have while you have it as you never know what’s going to happen tomorrow."
A friend has started a Crowdfunder for David since he has found that his flat was one of those completely destroyed.
Police Scotland are still investigating whether there is a criminal element to the fire which at its height was tackled by 60 firefighters.
So far more than £500 has been raised in 24 hours.
