POLICE have confirmed that a body has been pulled from the River Clyde
The force said the discovery was made on Monday afternoon.
No further details were provided surrounding the recovery and enquiries are ongoing to establish the identity of the person.
The Glasgow Times understands that Police Scotland liaison officers have informed the relatives of Lexi Carmichael who vanished on December 11.

The 21-year-old was last seen in the city centre's St Vincent Place walking in the direction of Queen Street before a major search was launched for her.
