COUNCIL branded hi-vis jackets were seized by cops during an operation at Polmadie Car Boot Sale in the city's South Side.
The force worked with Glasgow City Council's Trading Standards to check over items being sold in the popular market place on Saturday.
Cigarettes and tobacco were also seized during the operation.

Inspector John Menzies of Gorbals Police Station said that he now plans further operations.
He said: "Our Local Problem Solving team, working in partnership with Glasgow City Council Trading Standards, carried out an operation at Polmadie Market in Glasgow on Saturday, January 25.
"A number of items, including cigarettes, tobacco, and council-branded hi-vis jackets were seized as part of the operation.
"Working alongside Trading Standards, our enquiries are ongoing and further joint operations of this kind are planned."
A spokeswoman for Glasgow City Council Trading Standards added: “This is part of our ongoing work with our partners including the police to help protect the public from dangerous and harmful products.”
