A MAN is due in court today for allegedly having a firearm in his possession in Glasgow.
The 30-year-old will appear in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court following an incident on Monday, January 27.
The Glasgow Times understands that Police Scotland's armed officers attended the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm that a 30-year-old man has been charged with possession of a firearm in Govan Road, Glasgow on Monday, January 27.
"A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and he is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, January 28."
