Police are appealing for witnesses to a "frightening" street robbery in the South Side of Glasgow on Tuesday morning.
A 64-year-old women was violently mugged by a young man on Corkerhill Road near the roundabout.
He grabbed her, causing minor injuries and stole her handbag before fleeing.
The woman suffered minor injuries but she did not require hospital treatment.
Police are hunting for the man who was described as white, 15-20 years of age, around 5ft 10 inches and slim with brown hair.

Constable Sean Kennedy of Greater Glasgow Division’s Robbery Unit said: “This was a frightening experience for the woman and we want to speak to anyone who may have seen this robbery [take] place, or has information that will assist our enquiry.
“Anyone with information should contact Helen Street Police Station through 101 quoting reference number 1228 of 4th February. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
