TRAINS are running at a reduced speed after a vehicle hit a bridge.
The incident happened at Caldercruix in North Lanarkshire.
Commuters have been warned that trains will run at a reduced speed.
The bridge is expected to be examined by technicians, ScotRail added.

A spokeswoman said: "A vehicle has struck a bridge at Caldercruix.
"The bridge will need to be examined by our staff.
"Our response team are en-route to examine this and will be on-site shortly.
"Until then trains will have to run at a reduced speed."
