A POPULAR city centre bar is to open again nearly two years after its shock closure.
Bath Street eatery Moskito took to Instagram to tell punters to "get ready", promising followers a "completely different" experience.
It comes two years after the bar closed down when an offer to sell it collapsed.
The caption reads: "Moskito bar and kitchen. Coming soon...get ready Glasgow."

Another post said: "Same name, same location, but completely different."
Moskito - which had been on the city’s bustling bar scene for almost two decades - revealed in 2018 that an offer to sell the bar went horribly wrong.
In a statement, staff said at the time: “About six months ago, we accepted an offer to sell Moskito.
“Unbeknown to us, we accepted an offer from a fantasist and bulls*****r who never came up with the money when it mattered and wasted all our time. They have left us in an impossible position and, unfortunately, we have decided to call it a day."

The space has remained unused since the closure.
