A Maryhill pub has appeared to flout government advice by opening to the public the day after a warning was issued.
Pictures sent to the Glasgow Times showed two men in the doorway wearing black suits outside Framptons on Maryhill Road on Saturday.
It is understood the venue had opened for a funeral reception.
Some funeral directors have advised that services should be conducted at gravesides, with a limited number of mourners present.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon today sent out a plea to bars, restaurants and gyms to close now and said enforcement powers would be enacted over the next few days to shut any who had failed to do so. She said those who had chosen to open against advice were "risking lives."
It comes after police were called to a pub in Greenock which failed to take the advice to close.
The Glasgow Times called Framptons for comment but no one was available, suggesting the venue is now shut.
