A POPULAR 'Car Park in the Sky' site will be closely monitored by cops looking to crackdown on anti-social behaviour during lockdown.
East Dunbartonshire officers said the spot which offers stunning views of the skyline was previously plagued by motorists parking their vehicles in the area and people engaging in illegal drug use.
The force asked East Dunbartonshire Council to close the spot at Campsie Glen Waterfall Car Park.
Now they say they will continue to patrol the popular spot throughout lockdown.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We are also still proactively monitoring the car park in the sky.
"Prior to our colleagues at East Dunbartonshire Council closing the car park, there were still a number of vehicles and a lot of drug misuse.
"Don't risk it."
