Glasgow Comic Con is postponed until further notice due to the coronavirus crisis.
The tenth anniversary was set to proceed on July 4th in the Glasgow Royal Concert hall.
Organisers promise to reschedule to celebrate the anniversary at a later date.
A spokesperson said: "We are very sad to announce that the tenth anniversary of Glasgow Comic Con is postponed until further notice.
"Due to the global coronavirus pandemic, it is clear that the event cannot proceed as planned on July 4th, 2020.
"What’s not yet clear is when the convention will be able to take place.
"We are obviously eager to reschedule Glasgow Comic Con.
"This was supposed to be our tenth birthday and we still intend on celebrating, even if it is belated.
"However, with social distancing restrictions to remain in place for the foreseeable future, we believe the most sensible thing to do right now is wait."
