A disqualified driver was caught making a trip from London to Glasgow in the middle of the night.
Cumbria Roads Police pulled over a vehicle travelling on the M6 from London at 2am on Sunday morning.
Officers from the force issued a series of "top tips" to disqualified drivers on Twitter, stating: "1. Don't drive.
"2. Don't drive during lockdown when there are far fewer vehicles on the road.
"3. Don’t drive London-Glasgow in a car at 2.00 am when the only other vehicles on the road are HGVs and us!"

Current lockdown rules mean that car journeys should only be to travel to work and back if you are a keyworker or for essential shopping.
On Saturday, four men were fined after they were caught making an 800-mile roundtrip to London for a family gathering.
All men in the vehicle were fined after they were stopped by Cumbria Roads Police on the M6 at Penrith.
