A MAN is in hospital fighting for life after he was pulled from a canal.
He was reportedly pulled from the Forth and Clyde Canal at Firhill by a passer-by.
Police responded at around 9.15pm and an ambulance rushed the man to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where he is currently being treated.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Around 9.15pm on Monday, 4 May, 2020, officers were called to the report of a man being pulled from the canal near to Firhill Road in Glasgow.
"The man was removed from the scene by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he is currently being treated."
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
