Jim Russell, 51, died from Covid-19 on May 4 at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, STV has reported.
The Springfield Gardens resident's funeral procession passed by the stadium of the team he loved and a car following the hearse played the moving fan-favourite, You'll Never Walk Alone.
Gribben & Sneddon Funeral Directors arranged for the funeral procession to pass Celtic Park on the day of the team's nine-in-a-row victory on Monday, May 18.
Friends, family and other supporters were seen paying their respects as the cortège passed on its way to Daldowie Crematorium.
He is survived by his fiancée Connie, who posted a message on social media urging people to follow lockdown rules.
She wrote: "My man is in hospital very ill with Covid-19.
"We have been self-isolating since March 22, since Jim first had his symptoms.
"This is not a joke."
