Emergency services were rushed to Rutherglen this morning after concerns for a person.
Five police cars and an ambulance attended the incident in Cambuslang Road around 9.30am.
A man, 57, has been hospitalised following the response.

Officers were seen redirecting traffic in the area.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We were called around 9.30 am to a report of a concern for a person in the Cambuslang Road area of Rutherglen.
"A 57-year-old man has been taken to hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.”
