TWO men have been arrested after a 27-year-old was allegedly assaulted in the city's South Side.
Police were called to Shawlands following the alleged attack in the early hours of this morning.
The force said the victim was assaulted in Kilmarnock Road near to Coustonholm Road at around 2 am and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

A force spokesman said: "Around 2 am on Wednesday, June 3, police received a report of a 27-year-old man being assaulted in Kilmarnock Road, near to Coustonholm Road, Shawlands.
"Officers attended and the man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
"Two men have been arrested and enquiries are ongoing."
