POLICE sealed off two areas in Govanhill last night during an ongoing incident.
Officers stood guard at the junction of Butterbiggins Road and Cathcart Road around 8pm last night.
Two areas were taped off to the public with a number of police vehicles on the scene.
A bus stop on Cathcart Road at the junction of Butterbiggans Road was sealed with police tape and guarded by two officers.
A second larger section covered green space on Butterbiggans Road with police tape around grass, part of Inglefield Street and a group of recycling bins.

It is not yet known what the police were responding to.
Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
