UPDATED plans to move Paisley Grammar School to a new modern campus are up for consultation.
The new campus would take shape in a purpose-built site on Renfrew Road. Plans which were approved in March, needed to be updated following the pandemic.
The school's current location has no room for expansion but the school has been deemed in need of improvement.
A new campus would feature state-of-the-art technology and sport facility.
The six-week consultation will end on 20 October, and the results submitted to Education Scotland.
Councillor Jim Paterson said: “We want to make sure all our pupils are being taught in the best possible environment.
“The current Paisley Grammar building and site have a long and proud history in the town – but that location cannot offer the quality of facility our pupils deserve and will need in future."
