Emergency services are still searching the Uddingston area after receiving reports of a man in difficulty in the River Clyde on Saturday.
Officers raced to reports of a 44-year-old-man in the water near Strathclyde Park around 7.05pm yesterday.
Rescue teams and a police helicopter were seen scouring the area last night.
The search for the man is ongoing this morning.

Scottish Fire and Rescue Services confirmed they are in attendance to assist Police Scotland.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 7.05pm on Saturday, 15 August, 2020, officers received a report of a 44-year-old man in difficulty in the River Clyde, near Strathclyde Path, Uddingston.
"Emergency services are in attendance and a search is currently underway. "
