Glasgow has bagged a spot as one of the top 10 spookiest towns in the UK.
As part of spooky season celebrations, OnlineMortgageAdvisor took into consideration seven factors to compile their list.
The number of cemeteries, paranormal sightings, abandoned homes, spooky roads, safety at night, level of crime and annual sunshine were elements considered to set the spooky criteria.
In order to get the most accurate data, the numbers for each element were divided by the total population for each location.
As well as coming in as the 10th spookiest town in the UK, Glasgow also came in as the darkest place in the UK, with 1203.1 hours of annual sunshine.
The data shows Glasgow has 60 cemetries, 43 paranormal recordings, one spooky road, 51.59 levels of crime and 2731 abandoned homes.
The top five scariest places in the UK are Newport, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and Liverpool.
